When can I subscribe?
You can subscribe anytime, and your first box will be shipped within 5 days of placing an order. Subsequent monthly deliveries will be shipped on or around the 4th of each month.
What if I need just next month's box?
If you only desire the upcoming month's box, opt for the "One-time purchase" option during checkout. This ensures receipt of the current box without automatic renewal.
When will I receive the box?
Your first box will be shipped within 5 days of placing an order. Subsequent monthly deliveries will be shipped on or around the 4th of each month.
How does auto-renewal work?
All Subscription Plans are auto-renewed unless you cancel or request cancellation before the 10th of the month. Your card on file (or PayPal account) will be automatically charged on your renewal date (i.e., the 11th of each month).
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, you have the flexibility to Pause, Skip a Box, or Cancel anytime. For prepaid subscriptions, any unshipped boxes will continue to be shipped each month.
